SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery typically takes place 12 weeks after your order is confirmed

Freight is arranged by us and quoted individually depending on location and order size
Nationwide delivery available — international on request
Deliveries are to site or curbside; please ensure easy access for unloading

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know as soon as your flooring is on its way.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum order: 100m²
All orders are custom-made — please allow approximately 12 weeks for production and delivery
A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance payable prior to dispatch
As all flooring is made to order, sales are final — no returns or cancellations once production begins
Timber is a natural product; variations in tone, grain and texture are part of its character
